I've known the owner for 30 years. He's a great family man and hard worker. The company sent out a guy to snake sewer line, that guy was not good (both attitude and condition) representative of the company. The company then sent out another guy (he is the supervisor) and snaked the sewer and cameraed. He determined a broken line. The next day Dan and Paul came out (super nice guys) dug up replaced broken line, fixed it all. Yes it is somewhat costly, but Paul's job literally working in a sewer is unenviable. The cost's was well worth every bit. Most homeowners can repair simple things, That job is best left to the professionals. Thank you, ARMSTRONG great job.

They were pretty good but they are a little bit expensive $225 just to come out and drain the sewage and you have 72 hours if it comes back up you have to pay again. I think that’s a rip off. It should be 30 days. People work a little bit too hard to give up $225 and say it comes back up in your drain in two days and you have to pay again. A total rip off they should be ashamed of themselves. It’s really hard for people these days and you want to rip them off like that, I feel like this. You better do a damn good job the first time because after 72 hours then you have to pay another $225.

Incredible service!! I had a severely clogged kitchen sink and some issues with the pipe connectors. The plumber came out same day, within hours of calling. He was very accommodating, and he solved my problem quickly and affordably!! The dispatcher was also very friendly and personable. Highly recommend!!! I will never use any other plumbing service.

Ann was awesome, after numerous attempts at getting me someone out here to help with my drain issues, she pulled through on Easter weekend. The plumber on call was not answering his phone, she called Matt, who was off that weekend. Matt came to my rescue! Thank you Matt. It ended up to be more then just a clean out, and he didn't even mind. What a stand up guy! So, thanks again Ann and Matt! I would definitely recommend your company to anyone.

Called three services to come out and nobody could fit me in today. Armstrong came thru in flying colors had a serviceman by the the name of Marvel out in an hour. He is the man...... !!!! Had me up in running in 20 minutes. Highly Recommend Armstrong and if your lucky you'll get Marvel.Thanks again Armstrong.....

My father is a senior citizen his basement backed up at 11 pm the gal that answered Anna was very sweet had someone dispatched right away calmed me down called me back to let me know what was going on with the job because I live out of state she went above and beyond I will always use them from now on thank you Anna
